How to remove Fracture affix from an item? i scourge it did not work.

That's exactly the whole point of Fractured affixes. They cannot be removed in any possible way.
If reforged by any means, they will stay. If scoured, they will stay (and scouring will yield a magic/rare item depending on how many affixes are Fractured). If you use an annul, the Fractured affix will not be removed |
