Tailwind cannot speed up cyclone

I read the official POB wiki. And poedb.
Tailwind is a buff that grants the character 10% increased action speed for 4 seconds.

Why my character did not have 10% action speed when I channeling cyclone?

This looks like a legitimate bug, it looks like Cyclone attack rate/hit rate in-game isn't affected by the Tailwind buff. Video clearly shows Tailwind being active and counts the number of hits over time, and the Tailwind buff doesn't seem to affect the hit rate.

Cyclone is not working with Tailwind.

It would be hard to notice things like this in game so it's good you spread the word. Prevents people spending a lot of currency to buy tailwind boots that seemingly does nothing for the build.
