Can't buy packs with visa

I tried to buy packs for microtransaction points. However, after choosing visa accounts and entered the card number, Xsolla saids that my visa card has been declined (But i have checked it that it has not been expired yet, nothing goes wrong as usual), then i switch another different visa card to try payment attempt again, and every visa card payment i have tried xsolla saids that my card is declined, eventually it gives
(3017: It looks like you have exceeded the maximum number of attempts allowed. Please contact our customer support for further assistance at help.xsolla.com.) Does anyone experienced similar problem? will it turns back normal after a few days? i'vs never seen anything like this before. If i use another method like paypal will it turns back to normal? " It does the same to me when using my mastercard, what I found out solved it for me was to select "New CARD" each time and then it will work. |

if you are using addblock and or no script, turn them off...for me using a visa debit the process would be blocked if i had any of them active as it was blocking the "hand shake" between xsola and my bank and not completing the transaction.
