Fist of War with Shockwave support question

If i use a skill that triggers the shockwave support, does the shockwave benefits from the damage boost from fist of war?

What about the exerted attack bonuses, does the shockwave benefits from them?

Lets say these numbers :

Fist of war damage bonus = 120%

Shockwave damage : 100

Intimidating Cry exerted attack damage bonus : Doubles the damage

If both fist of war and shockwave are off cooldown when i use a slam skill, will the damage of the shockwave be :

100 * 2.2 * 2 = 440 damage?

Fist of War cannot support triggered skills, and triggered skills cannot be exerted, so Shockwave will be neither supported by Fist of War nor exerted.
