Hey GGG, boss fights more real than impossible? (Oshabi fight)

I am fighting Oshabi for the second time.
The first time, I've somehow managed to kill her.

However, on the first time, the mechanic of the walls and degen patch ground during orange phase was killing me (literally and figuratively).

Because I don't have too much dps (playing for an occultist bane) and either I killed the wall just before the degen patch ground almost killed me or I just logged out.

So, I had almost all territory covered by degen ground and I needed to run circles to somehow deal some dps.

It took some time but I somehow managed to kill her.

However, for the second time, I've got the degen patch ground literally all over the WHOLE PLACE.
I've even created a small video to show it:
https://youtu.be/8C3JtGuHapM

So, I just cannot do anything to get even close to her so I can see her on my screen or even on minimap!

Come on!
Srly?
Are you testing these things?

I know it is hard to foresee all possible outcomes when you are trying to implement some logic and you are trying to make the boss fight more challenging.

But can you please review the logic during the orange phase and make sure that it doesn't include some scenarios where you can literally do nothing?!

Thank you.

I also hate how many degen grounds that stacks infinitely exists in PoE boss fights, since they create a DPS check for no reason. If you can facetank the boss the degen grounds do nothing, if you have enough DPS the degen grounds do nothing. They only screw builds that can't deal zDPS and can't facetank the boss (which should be the builds the fight is balanced around lulz).

Another flaw of the game that is specific to your problem, is DoT skills. No DoT skill in this game deals enough damage by themselves against tanky bosses. You need to also use a 4l ED/soul rend and also use blight to remove resistances. If you try to only use a single DoT you will fail most endgame bosses in PoE.

When i played bane, i complemented my single target DPS with an arakhalis fang for example. Since Bane already has enough damage to kill all the trash anyway.
