Item can't be hidden with Toggle Highlighting key

So, normally when you press Z all item labels should be toggled.
On this delirium+breach+legion map some of the items on the ground sometimes stay visible always, ignoring the toggle.

Under normal circumstances, that can only happen when your mouse cursor remains on the actual item (intended), but i guess that wasn't your case.
I'll see if i encounter similar issues.

Please take a look at item labels overlay code, the last rework was made during open beta, the thing is not working well in quite a lot of usage cases, you have to frequently press Z if items arrangement for some reason doesn't fit the screen, you can't press "show all items" hotkey on a full-juiced map because the overlay hang the client for 5-10 seconds causing d/c (even with transparency disabled in filter, on Ryzen 2600)

Recently, i took a bit of time to see if there was an actual way to reduce the freeze duration when the Alt key is pressed.
Among all the settings that can be controlled in item filters, there is one that changes that behaviour significanly, which is SetFontSize (the higher the argument, the longer the freezes).
That's an interesting discovery, because that means the farther the label is from the actual item, the more time it takes for the algorithm to define where the label should be displayed.
That also means the item label display algorithm is either far from being optimised, and/or flawed.

You can't see the infrastructure labels because highlighting is off. Items are still displayed.

I have had this issue a few times this league, most recent was last map. It didn't have delirium, and changing loot filter didn't fix the issue. Going in and out of the map or restarting the game didn't solve it either, until i sellected default loofilter and then restarted the game.

It started working like normal again then, even after changing back to my standard loot filter. But it's a bit tedious having to change to default loot filter and restart the game.

Switching to other filter or re-entering area doesn't solve the problem
