Purchase issue

So I just purchased the Benevolence pack today and got stuck on "Your payment is being processed".
Money was taken from my account, but no MTX no points. I've been in touch with GGG but they're claiming that my bank did not push thru with the payment. Contacted my bank, they confirmed the amount, time and all the details stating that the transaction was indeed processed. It's like I'm being thrown from one person to another with no proper resolution, all I'm getting is generic responses from GGG. Last bumped on Jul 24, 2020, 10:59:33 AM

" Super simple, you send them the payment info (with transaction ID) from your bank statement showing that the money was taking from your account --> You can get those information / screenshot from your homebanking. " Oh, so you are waiting for reply from GGG now after you sent the last information. That can take up to 48 hours depending on your place in the queue and the department handling your issue. |

Alright now I'm impressed. So apparently there's been a problem with their payment system and they will be refunding me my money. Also they will be extending the sale for stashes for my account for up to 7 days after the sale ends so I can still avail them. Nicely done GGG.

" Well unfortunately nothing's been resolved. I've tried purchasing the package twice and you guys have just been refunding it to my account. I DON'T WANT THE REFUND I WANT TO GET THE STUFF THAT I PURCHASED. The problem was with your payment system, you obviously got my money since you were able to refund it, why not just give me what I bought?! This is so annoying! The last email you guys said that you will sort it out and even escalated it. I was hopeful and excited that I'll finally get my stuff but NO! You guys refunded it without telling me beforehand. So I WAITED 3 DAYS CHECKING FOR MY MTX EVERYTIME TO SEE IF MY STUFF IS IN THERE BUT YOU GUYS DECIDED FOR YOURSELF THAT YOU WANTED TO REFUND THE PAYMENT! WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS DOING?! |

Do I have to purchase the Oriath pack instead so GGG would stop refunding my money and actually get me the resolution that I wanted?
