Amulet with Pride has #% reduced mana reservation

Not sure if this is intended, but it looked weird to me. The Warlord suffix modifier shows Pride has 22(25-20%) Reduced Mana Reservation. Is the (25-20%) shown in the picture below correct? I tried rerolling the item, but it did not change after 2-3 times, might just be my bad luck. ;)

" That's not a bug. Since it has something to do with "reduce" then the number is "reversed". So maximum roll is 25% reduced and lowest roll is 20% reduced. |

If you reduce something more it will be lower then if you reduce it less. Thats why it is from 25-20, you should keep the "end result" in mind.
