Need help crafting a -mana reservation helmet

Hello!

I need a hubris circlet with -mana reservation which you get from loathing essence. Basically a mixture of these 2:


The question is: What is the best way to craft it.

I thought about "multimodding" and "fracturing", but just read, that you cant remove fractured crafted mods. just "augmentating def" on it and "remove add" seems like a huge waste and gamble.

So does anyone have thoughts.
I feel the best option would be to put -chaos resi on the helmet and a third suffix and #pray for -mana reservation fracture. and if i get -chaos resi i at least can sell it. if i hit the third, well fuck me i guess. //just realised this doesnt work

2 more questions:
i can use conqueror ex on fractured item?!

"reforge item with def modifier" does not remove fractured mod i guess?! just
asking cause "suffixes cannot be changed" rekt all my suffixes on an item,
and doesnt seem to work

Would be nice if someone has any idea.
