Path of Exile 1 Gameplay Help and Discussion - Replacing Quality on Belt with new Catalyst? - Forum

My google searches showed you can remove quality from catalysts with Orb of Annulment or Exalts, but I was wondering if there is a way to replace quality without altering the item?
