Hiding Back (flag) MTX

Am I just missing it or do we not have access to this MTX? Are we going to get it? I'm asking about the one that hide the banner flag from your back. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I got it and tried it and it does work! If you are looking for it in the store in game its right now for 50pts and is a brown swirly looking thing, under skill effects on the right side about 1/3 to 1/2 down. Thanks again for the reply, I can stop looking at that flag.
