Totem skin on without totem spell

Hi,
i have equipped Soul mantle with level 20 spell totem on it. Is it somehow possible to change the look of the totems when I have bought skin for them and I don't use the gem in itself? Last bumped on Jul 6, 2020, 8:10:36 AM

" sadly not, skill MTX ONLY works on the physical gem and not on skills granted by items. |

I'm afraid it's not possible to use totem skill effect microtransactions with the Soul Mantle Spidersilk Robe as mentioned here. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
