Give the Rive claw some love for bleed builds

With the changes to 2H weapons the Rive claw cannot even come close to bleed DPS in comparison, even while dual wielding them. It needs something to make it usable for a stat stacking bleed build. The DEX scaling needs to be changed to make it more reliable (and isnt on basically every attack damage node on the tree) and maybe add a STR scaling stat to make it something along the lines of below:

Great White Claw
+46 Life gained for each Enemy hit by Attacks
------------
(60-80)% increased Physical Damage
Adds (25-35) to (50-65) Physical Damage
25% chance to cause Bleeding on Hit
20% reduced Bleeding Duration
Bleeding you inflict deals damage 1% faster per 20 Strength
+1% to Physical Damage Over Time Multiplier per 20 Dexterity
1% increased Bleeding Duration per 10 Intelligence
Enemies are Crushed while Bleeding

Slower larger hits with a slower claw. With a STR and DEX stacking build dual wielding you can scale the bleed to the area where it can keep up with 2h axes. Meanwhile you have to balance your INT to be able to maintain your bleed properly. (so no brawn stacking)
