Harvest Crafting Remove Lightning Mod Removed movement speed mod!

I was trying to craft a better lightning resist mod on these boots:


All of the mods except for the lightning mod had T1 rolls so i wanted to remove and augment a lightning mod but uppon selecting "remove random lightning modifier" it removed my "35% increased movement speed" mod:


What happened here and how could this happen? My boots are broken now, this is a complete joke, this item was nearly done being perfect and now its just bricked.

Is there any way i can get my movement speed back since this is obviously a bug?

Honestly I don't know what's going on with some of the crafts. I had a "Remove a random Life modifier from an item" remove cast speed off of a ring, instead of the intended +4 maximum life.
