How to create an Infused Engineer's Orb ?

According to https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Infused_Engineer%27s_Orb, I need :

It's a Harvest recipe, it means that you've to plant the seed, wait it to grow and if you're lucky you get the harvest crafing to create an infused eng orb
