Alchemist's Genius buff from passive skill Spiked Concoction won't apply to Soul Catcher

The new buff, Alchemist's Genius, from cluster jewel passive skill Spiked Concoction is supposed to increase flask effect by 20%, but that effect fails to apply to Soul Catcher quartz flask.
I tested using Soul Catcher with the Spiked Concoction passive on and off, the vaal skill shows same soul gain prevention time, Please fix it, thank Last bumped on Jun 26, 2020, 6:18:41 AM
