Unable to upgrade malice support pack

I bought the malice supporter pack for 29.99 about 10 minutes after servers went up for harvest, and I would like to upgrade to the full supporter pack, but I’m not given an option to do so. Anyone else with the same issue or any way this can get fixed? Thank you.

The Insatiable Malice Supporter Pack was delayed due to a certification issue as mentioned in the patch notes. It will be released as soon as possible.
