Command of Steel Annointment

I have 60% block and my guy is getting only a 6% dmg buff instead of the listed 60. That is massive bug luckily it is pretty obvious and ez to see. Command of Steel is not registering correctly when anointed.
Also in my passive skill tree non of the keystones are even showing their oil price. Last bumped on Jun 23, 2020, 6:58:31 PM

it increase 60%, but from other notable of your build you have a lot #% increase in dps already
