Exploitable: randomise numeric value crafts work on unique items

Crafts that say "Randomise the numeric values of the random X modifiers on a Magic or Rare item" can be used as targeted divines on uniques.

If this is intended awesome, it can let a unique with a couple poorly rolled stats become amazing (Ventor's anybody?)

if this is intended please let me know so that I can start using it in full force :)

it's definitely bug and people using it a lot.
also there is issue that you can farm t1 seeds infinitely in act 9 The quarry.
they should fix both asap.

does it actually work when you click craft?
I have seen a few crafts show as available for item but when you click craft it essentially says no.

yes it actually work you can use it on any unique items that has bad rolls.
