Attackspeed Recipe Vastiri Desert unlocked but not in the crafting list

I do not have the attackspeed craft tier2 in my crafting list, although I think I already clicked it at the waypoint in vastiri desert.
When I try to click it again it says: "Crafting recipe already unlocked" (I also do not see an exclamation mark indicating that there would be an available craft to unlock).
Coincidently I already did not see the crafting recipe when I did the prophecy boss in the Mud Flats map (name eludes me atm), while a guildmate has it.
