Invisible Weapons / Shields on my character

As you should be able to see in the image above, I at times seem to be unable to see my character's weapons or shield. I first noticed this using a shield, where it'd seemingly-randomly disappear and reappear during general gameplay, after using abilities. As you can see here, it's also happened with my weapons now, being dual wielded. It has been happening throughout the first three acts thus far on a Ranger.

My general system specs are:

Windows 10 64-bit
16GB RAM
AMD Ryzen 7 1700 8-core Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

I am playing with Vulcan enabled, and Dynamic resolution / particles both turned off.

I am, unfortunately, uncertain whether this is something to do with a certain ability I'm using, or something else entirely. It did seem to be happening on another character in the SSF Standard League when I was checking out a certain shield's appearance (Springleaf) which seems to have no specific relevance to the issue, as I wasn't using that shield through this screenshot.
