Freezes every 5-20 seconds for 2 seconds. Game then runs super fast for 1 second.

I have this issue since Harvest. Had been playing for years without any issue before.

The freezes are worse during the day and night and not so often during early morning hours local time.

Hardware and ISP are all fine and current gen. Internet is stable 400mbit via cable.
No other game or application has any connectivity or performance issues.

The issue appears on all tested Servers (Amsterdam and Frankfurt).

The issue is not affected by the amount of on screen action or particles.

Please post the results of the 500+ packet WinMTR report against the instance IP where this happens WHILE it's happening.

This is my result for fra.login.pathofexile.com.

The 76% packet loss on easybox.local are weird. Seems like the vodafone router is doing fancy stuff.
I googled and there are several reports for this issue with PoE from other Vodafone users but I couldnt find a solution.

Do you have any experience what I could do? I already tested static IP instead of DHCP.
