How do I save spectres

Can anybody give me an in-depth guide to saving spectres in my hideout? Want to save redemption sentry... never made a spectre build before

Spectres should stay with you after you re-log.

You need to make a "Spectre bank" basically a 2nd character who has 1 summoned spectre of each type you use/might want to use. This charcter doesn't have to be "playable" (after creation) so you can do something stupid like DW midnight bargains to get their spectre cap increased. This way if you lose your spectres or try a new one and want to switch back you just bring your spectre bank character into your hideout, cast desecrate, switch characters back to your main summoner and your hideout should still have your banked spectres available for raising.

I assume you mean save them permanently, if not then the poster above is correct you don't lose them on log out for a year or two now.

I saw something about doing it with a level 28!dueling character, so I just do the same thing from my main to save it to the lower level char?

Yeah dueling characters work. Btw seems I forgot a step - you'll want to open a map (any map will do) to prevent your hideout from reseting while you switch characters - so you'll have to do that on your main, then visit the bank + desecrate - then pop back to your main.
