Cant buy Points whit Steam-Credit

I just bought myself a steam credit card at the store and it wont let me use it to buy points in game ...

Some guy reported that he can't buy points with a credit card, outside steam. My guess is that the game backend got broken after the patch. For example, trade site is stalled, not listing anything new.

I can't buy anything in the shop at all, credit card, paypal, you name it. Keep getting "Payment processing failed" error message.
