Energy Leech Support + Slayer's 'leech not removed at full life' effect

If I have this ascendancy bonus will I get both the 'more damage at full ES' and 'more damage while leeching ES' bonuses?

Slayer's Brutal Fervour only applies to life leech. It doesn't interact with ES leech in any way where full ES is concerned.

no, because slayer still only cares about leeching life.

The unique claw Essentia Sanguis has been revealed to be reworked in 3.11 and will grant the effect of energy shield leech from attack skills not being removed at full life:
This is the only known instance of this modifier at this point and the only way to benefit from both more modifiers of Energy Leech Support.
