Rippling Thoughts Storm Cascade broken

I understand, that Channeling Cyclone is only 1 attack and then u attack but do not attack at all, since it does not trigger Storm Cascade, well, I kind of almost understand.

But I do NOT understand, that Storm Cascade does not trigger when Vengeance attacks, since it is definitely an Attack Skill.

Really fix Rippling Thoughts, make it trigger on hit or whatever but as it is now, it sucks.

I am always so annoyed finding out, that your damn Items do not what they say.
Your whole game does not do what it says.

Diablo II > Grim Dawn > Titanquest > Torchlight > Wolcen > whatever > ... > PoE

Fix your game.

It's not a bug

"you attack"....

an automatic trigger (vengeance) does not count as "you". Its consistent wording and is the same with whole range of things (e.g. "when you cast a spell")

Maybe learn the game mechanics before you get so uptight ;)

Can you troll somewhere else please, Vengeance is an attack gem, it does not "cast a spell".

Cyclone only triggering it on the initial attack feels like a bug because it worked that way before the Harvest patch dropped. I was going through on my old Cyclone+Rippling Thoughts character to fill time before the league was launched and it functioned just fine there.
