vulkan windowed fullscreen + mpc-hc player

Hey I'm not sure where to put this so sorry if it's not the right place.

Long story short I often watch twitch streams through streamlink on media player classic home cinema in the bottom right while playing the game in windowed fullscreen.

Apparently this does not work at all with the vulkan renderer. I'm assuming I can't have different renderers at the same time right?
