Vulkan in "windowed full screen" mode hide top most windows.

All of third party software that help the community to ease the trading experience are broken. Even in "Windowed fullscreen" the Path of Exile Client is on top of "TopMost" windows.

Yes because the focus is given to the window. You can see that the window blink when you give the focus back to poe.

This seems to be more of collateral damage than a proper bug. Nonetheless, preventing overlays will have a major impact on the community, assuming lots of us rely on third party tools.

Ye, it's not working and it's annoying, clearly windowed vulkan mode is fullscreen mode. It's really annoying since I like/need to alt+tab to do other stuff on the screen, not even trade or game related and when it's not instantaneous, it feels really bad. (my machine's quite strong, bought couple months ago).

Not only window overlays from scripts but also the default music player from spotify on windows 10 which shows on top left side when you start/stop/skip music doesn't even show up anymore.
This is really annoying, i hope this get fixed before new league, otherwise I think most ppl will stick with d11. Here is an image of what i mean (using d11): https://imgur.com/SQn9EOh When using vulkan the overlay(s) are gone. |

Seems that temporarily you can use windowed mode maximized.

Yeah its Realy annoing i have some windows with notes and such - and well there is alot more stuff wich you can have like even Lab compass wich it messes with( personaly dont use THAT one) wold love to have that one fixed - funny in windowed mode everythink works as it should would totaly work in windowed mode but that top bar is realy annoying
