Since the Vulkan update, V-sync seems always disabled

Hi !

I tried to enable/disable v-sync and no matter what I have screen tearing, enven with the option enabled.
If you've read this, you've lost 4 seconds...

I had the same problem, you have to enable vsync in your driver

For example, in the nvidia control panel, you can enable vsync for POE.
Thanks, this solved the issue. But the weird thing is that I didn't touch the nvidia settings and I didn't have this problem before the update.

Thank you for the report, we're aware of the issue.

I recommend to use AMD or Nvidia's sync option (FreeSync, Gsync) and if needed to use an FPS cap.

Either in POE. Or AMD/NVidia. Or Riva Tuner Statistic Server. 2-3 FPS under the Hz number of your FreeSync/Gsync monitor.
