Bug #1 Medium Priority: Vulkan Resolution + Crash

When first swapping to Vulkan, it created a custom resolution larger than 1920x1080 (my LCD native resolution, which causes some game elements to be missing.

When I attempted to change to 1920x1080, the game's visual renderer (but not the whole application), crashed. I still had a server connection, audio, etc.

Solution: Rebooting the client fixed the problem.

Bug 2 (Low Priority): Loading single models in pieces

When loading the Orion portal, the model conspicuously loaded the internal window and then the outer stone face.

Initial Performance Feedback: Vulkan does seem to be substantially more stable than DX11 on a short preview that included both delving and mapping with a minion Necromancer, to include the Delerium content that has caused hitching.

I am excited to see this continue to develop. Thanks for the client improvements.
