"Too Many Accounts Have Registered w this IP Address"

hey guys - super annoyed right now.
Just signed up to play path of exile, and my gf did too.
We are brand new, and both tried creating accounts.
Which worked for me. But didn't for her...
She got this message:
"Too many accounts have registered w this IP Address"
Which makes zero sense to me... we're both sharing my IP on my home WIFI, but both on separate laptops. We're using separate emails.

Any idea why this happening, and more importantly, how to fix?

i was unaware there was a limit to this tbh.

You are allowed to have 2 accounts running on the same PC and as such it should work the same even if the PC is different.

I suspect this is because your IP address isn't static BUT you would likely need to contact support via email.

The limit is either 30 or 36 accounts per IP...I should know, I actually hit it before I could support the game.
