Igniting conflux question

I saw a new mod from new hunter exalted orb(suffix) - igniting conflux, I have a question - how much he will improve the dps for build, if he was critical and with two main mechanics of ice and lightning(shock+chilling-hypothermia+85% inc shock effect).

because path of building cannot check this function (ignite conflux), it just does not see it, I’m just wondering if this function would not be one of the best for builds who do not use direct fire damage, as if all my damage has already been improved by cold and lightning and crits (shock effect + hypertermia),all my main dmg would be completely considered how fire dmg and consider how a dmg over time debuff from ignite.
Just purely in my opinion this would be the best function for a helmet with a hunter influence. Moreover, it will not interfere with other elemental aliments, since it lasts 3 seconds, and other aliments lasts 4 seconds.I just don’t see much even other topics or answers on the reddit or forum that would strongly discuss this mod, it seems rather strange to me.

I mean the build is completely without fire damage modifiers such like - ignite dmg, dmg overtime, fire dmg, and similar others.

I just remind you that this mod will take all your damage done as fire damage within 3 seconds.

fire builds are quite appreciated for the ability to inflict ignite, especially for those who have a good amount of dps from fire, but this mod just greatly improves those who use other elements.

especially considering that ignite does not need to take nodes to improve it - it works from a direct hit on the target from the biggest punch, it does not need to take nodes on the effect of shock / freeze / or chilling like other elements. It does not have the required efficiency like other mechanics. +plus given that critical hits always impose elemental alliments

so it would be pretty interesting to know what other people think about it
