The Temple of Atzoatl : Altar of Sacrifice III - room doesn't work at all.

Altar of Sacrifice level 3 doesn't work at all - tried different uniques but every attempt failed with the error "Crafting failed: The operation could not be completed." . Altar of Sacrifice level 1 in the next room worked fine.

I may suspect that the reason could be that i got another Altar of Sacrifice in the same temple - so far it was the only temple in which i had duplicate rooms.
How i got this:
Altar of Sacrifice 1 (was present at the start) -> Altar of Sacrifice 2 -> Altar of Sacrifice 2 + Altar of Sacrifice 1 -> Altar of Sacrifice 3 + Altar of Sacrifice 1
