Garena SEA account to new server

I used to play Path of Exile on the Garena Plus Launcher back in 2016. I stopped playing after some time and I recently wanted to start playing again.

However, I just recently found out that the old servers were closed down and that the accounts were migrated to the new international server...

Where can I get my old account back? Spent a ton of time and effort on my witch necromancer build and a few other characters and it'd be great if I can find a way to access my old account again
