Lights Flickering in Hideout [Confirmed Known]
|
Edit:
Looks like a known bug. Thanks all! From PM: " --- Confirmed Bug: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2863654 I can't seem to find the solution to this one - the lights flicker or even fail in certain areas of my hideout as I walk through them (happens to all of my characters, so not character-specific animation causing this it seems). Moving the torch/lamps around doesn't seem to fix the issue either. I'm using this hideout template: https://poe.house/hideout/lBiIs54l Here's my current hideout file: https://pastebin.com/wj9rMnxR Here's my debug report reference number: 4,096,278,506 Here's my current display configuration: " Thanks for any help! Bump - still same issue after patch today. I enabled new rendering but still bugged.

If you turn off post-processing, does that affect anything? That can be anything from bloom to surface / subsurface scattering etc. that might be affecting lighting in a weird way. It will look worse (subjectively) but it might help you nail down what's causing it.

" Hi there - thanks, but no unfortunately still there after I turned it off. >_< I notice it only seems to flicker as I walk through my hideout. It's almost like the light radius from my character is somehow messing up the light graphics of each object in my hideout. See the below pic? the torch nearest me goes out when I walk in certain areas near it, but others remain lit. This seems pretty random too - like sometimes they're not necessarily close to me and they go out anyway. Seems like there's some kind of line-of-sight relationship between my character and the individual light graphics that's bugged. ![]() |
