Where is Hegemony's Era most likely to drop?

Hey guys,
SSF Playing a 2H crit build so Hegemony's Era would be a very nice addition to my items. From what level area and above can I hope for it drop and is there a specific map it more likely to drop from than others? Also I don't suppose there a drop rate flying around? Thanks! Unfortunately, GGG do not provide drop rate tables. They just hinted that uniques are divided in tiers of "rarity", and sometimes they switch some uniques among those tiers.
Hegemony's Era is a quite hard to get unique, in 5 years I've only self-dropped 2 of them. Honestly, I've had more Shavs than Hegemonies. Area level is, of course, tied with the level requirement of the item. That is to say, 68. In other words, any map will do and perhaps even some Atc10 and Epilogue zones. I would, however, suggest you farming Towers and Residence in order to drop The Tower divination card, which you can redeem for a unique Staff, or start chancing Judgement Staves. Mind, however, that even like that the chance for Hegemony to be given as a card reward or chance outcome is the same as dropping the real item - that is to say, very low. Also, with chancing, there is a higher chance you will get a Grey Spire rather than an Hegemony as a result, since they are both Unique Judgement Staves (Pledge of Hands is now Legion-Exclusive and thus cannot be chanced) |

Yeah the weapon I'm using at the moment is a crafted, rare Judgment staff.
It was just to see if there was an efficient way of getting Hegemony's Era, other than hoping on luck. |
