(20–30)% chance to Sap Enemies in Chilling Areas
(Chilled Ground and Vortices are Chilling Areas) (Sapped Enemies deal up to 20% less Damage, based on the Lightning Damage of the Hit, for 4 seconds) i want ask if i use the jewel have "chilling presence" ,can it make the debuff ? chilling presence is chilled ground right??? thanks for all of you~~~ Last bumped on May 21, 2020, 3:33:32 AM

Chilling Presence:
Nearby Enemies are Chilled. This means every enemy who is "near" you (what "near" means requires a bit more delving in numbers, and knowledge of Units in order to have an exact measure). It does not mention any chilling area. You don't create a Chilling Area "nearby" you by having a Chilling Presence or a similiar modifier. Chilling Areas, as suggested by the Enhanced Tooltip of Chance to Sap Enemies in Chilling Areas, are: > Vortices from Vortex skill > Creeping chilling areas from Arctic Breath skill > Chilling Areas from Cold Snap skill > Chilled Ground from skills like Arctic Armour (NOT Chilled ground from an enemy's skill or already on the map because of a Chilling modifier) |
