Does this global mod affect minions?
I know that tooltips tend to be incorrect, but... does the stun duration modifier apply to minions?
In this case, it comes from the quiver: It shows up on the tooltip display for the spectre: Sitting in HO spamming alts for 4 hours straight is peak PoE gameplay. Thanks, Chris. Last bumped on May 11, 2020, 1:45:05 PM

No, it will not.
Unless it specifically says "minion" (like that "Minions have 30% increased Movement Speed") or "allies" (but not "party members"), a modifier will never apply to minions. Being an implicit mod (thus always global modifier) is irrelevant. The only exception from this behavior are modifiers on a Shield while under Necromantic Aegis keystone. This will actually "equip" that shield to each of your minions, making it apply its modifiers to the minion. Which means: > local modifiers will be applied to the minion > global modifiers will be applied to the minion > "you" modifiers will be applied to the minion > "allies" modifiers will be applied to the minion, your other minions and you yourself > "minion" modifiers will be applied to any minion's minions (for example, any Summoned Phantasm from kills awarded from a minion) EDIT: If I recall correctly, a character's defensive bonus are always shown, no matter what skill is selected Last edited by Maxtrux#0762 on May 11, 2020, 9:13:02 AM

The thing is this is an offensive stats and is displayed under the spectre Offence tab, that's why it got me curious.
Sitting in HO spamming alts for 4 hours straight is peak PoE gameplay. Thanks, Chris.

I'd expect that stat will show up even in one of your Offering skills, even though clearly an Offering is not an offensive skill
