Shaper mod "Mana gained for each enemy hit by your spells" not tagged correctly

There is a bug regarding the metacraft tags of the "gained for each enemy hit by your spells" shaper mods on rings.

The Life gain mod does have "caster" and "life" as tags and as such is amplified by imbued and fertile catalysts.
The Mana gain mod only has the "mana" tag, NOT the "caster" tag, which it should have. As such it is only enhanced by fertile catalysts, not imbued.

The reason might be a capital "H" (... Hit by your spells) in the mana version, contrary to a lower-case "H" (... hit by your spells) in the life version.

Made a proof of it ingame, also the datamined tags on poedb show this: https://imgur.com/a/lfMQBn0
You can see, the life version does get enhanced by an inbued catalyst, while the mana version doesn't. Also the capital H can be seen, although kinda hard to detect if you're not looking exactly for it.

tags is code specific inside the mod and does not rely on mod text

Yeah, what I meant with "reason" was, maybe when it was initially tagged with automatic means, that didn't catch the mana version due to the capital "H", not the implementation itself.
Still, the mana version should have the "caster" tag.

It's even affected by "no_caster_mods" weight according to these sites.
Edit: Never mind the last sentence, for that, it has a weight of 0. But so do both mods?!

it means it work perfectly fine with metamod (cannot roll caster modifier), but not sure for fossil and catalyst

Ok, so in case of "cannot roll caster modifiers" it IS affected, but it definitely isn't for catalysts (see the link in first post), which afaik also take the metamod tag. So there is also inconsistency, not taking the caster catalyst, but it's considered a caster mod when it's affected by "cannot roll caster modifiers". Either way, there is definitely something wrong.
Just no need to try to explain it or wall of text .

Just state it is a caster mod in term of metamod, but it is missing the mod tag for fossil and catalyst.
