Can`t select second pantheon

I don`t know if it`s bugged or lost something. I have all completed at (Y)phanteon tab. But i can`t select the second one. Any clue what I missed?

You can only change pantheon in town iirc, so try there. Also you aren't trying to select two from the top section or two from the bottom section are you?
