question to arcing blow (30% lightling damage with weapons)

How this work? All the gear you are wearing with lighting damage goes to your existing weapon or what? The wrath stack with this(lighting damage aura)?.

Any lightning damage your weapon attacks will deal (Wrath, lightning arrow, lightning strike, added lightning damage on an attack skill, lightning damage on gear/weapon) is increased.

EDIT to insure you know that this will not increase spell damage in any way, such as Spark/Arc. You didn't imply that it did, but I'm just confirming that ahead of time.
