Connection Issue

Hello everybody! I hope I'm posting this to the right section.
I've just download this game for the first time, but I'm having troubles playing it, which are originated from a connection issue. At the start I was playing in lockstep mode, ancd the game used to freeze randomly and that speed up to restore the time lost before; now I've tried with predective mode but I still have problems (the character can always mode but sometimes cannot interact with the surrounding npcs or enemies). I've also tried to upgrade the grafic card drivers and moved the game to an ssd, but nothing has change.
The hardware is not super new but it can run games like The Witcher 3 in medium quality without to many problems.
As for the connection, I'm using a Usb wi-fi adapter to connect to a 5Ghz Wi-Fi (the download speed is around 50/60 Megabit), and I'm using the Milan login spot (I live in North Italy); here is the WinMTR test (version 0.92): https://pastebin.com/gmqLLgYe
I really don't know how to solve this issue, I hope some of you can help.

I've also tried to do the test while I playing: for 5 minutes went all well, but after that the game froze completely, for more than 2 minutes (after that I closed it).
