I found none with % damage increased per power charge... As soon as I posted for 20 ex the whispers where umbearable so I think it's quite an expensive item... Please help me price this. Thanks!! " Pretty much, yes. This is close to a best in slot item for all cold crit casters but mainly coc ice nova which is still quite popular. I'd recommend keeping the item for a bit and watching the market before listing it until you're sure about the price to some extend at least.
