Double clicking on a single click

I'm getting double clicks every other or every three clicks on the right mouse. Especially frustrating when using orbs on gear.It even happens when I click a stash tab to open a new tab, it will open that tab, exit stash, and immediately move me to my cursor.

I've been having issues with crashes so I've lowered my settings a bit and I used to be at fullscreen windowed but I'm at fullscreen now. That seemed to fix the crashes but I can't really go back and forth between problems.

CPU Ryzen 5 1600x
GPU Nvidia GTX 1080
Ram 16GB


Corsair Scimitar RGB Pro <--------May be the culprit if anyone else has the same issue. It's happening outside of the game for me.
