PS4 Pro power lost and now POE can't connect

Using PS4 Pro through a LAN wire into a "high speed" FIOS router.
Washington DC gateway.

I accidently pulled the PS4 power wire from the outlet and now
POE is disconnected. The error says:

"Cannot log in because Playstaion Network cannot be reached"

I'm able to access the internet via the PS4.
I have powered it down and unplugged it for several minutes like the
PlayStation trouble shooting says to do.
I have run the PlayStation Network internet connection test and it passes as well.
I deleted POE twice and reinstalled it and still doesn't connect
to PlayStation Network.

Please help me in with this issue.

I'm having the same Cannot connect because "PlayStation Network" could not be reached error. I didn't have a crash or anything, just can't connect now.

No idea how to fix it.

Same issues here. My wife and I were playing together and her PS4 blue screened while in a map. She tried to log back in only to be told that she can't since the "Playstation Network is not available." I logged out and tried to log back in and also received the same error.

Same issue here, but no improper shutdown. I just shut my game and playstion down normally for dinner. Come back after an hour and getting this message. Ps4 pro.

Same issue in Southern CA when I try to login I saw on the top left of the screen it's like lagging to update where it says Group(1/6) and my name when it does load I still can't play

Servers down probably? Because i cant get on either... i am on southern CA

same issue, playstation network cannot be reached, denver, colorado.

Same issue in Florida; usually connects to DC server. Haven't played in a few weeks. Just tried to log in and create new character.
Error reads: Disconnected. Cannot log in because "Playstation Network" cannot be reached. Rebooted PS4. Nothing changes.

Same issue here in Sweden. Just turned my ps4 on.
