Which is correct Impale's formulas?

If answer is "B", Resolute Technique is good than low crit chance build for Impale?

The more accurate would be B, except that it would be +1000 on each other hits, not +1000, +2000, +3000, etc.
That is of course, assuming only the first hit applied an impale.
A is correct, assuming all hits actually impale.

Resolute technique would technically guarentee an overall higher chance to impale, yes, but since it would be based on lower damage (than crit), it's hard to say which is best without knowing the whole build.

A is correct. Crit is great for impale because it produces bigger hits, meaning bigger impales, which are mitigated less effectively by enemy's armour.
