Overwhelming Malice cluster passive not triggering with mines

Tested with Toxic Rain + Blastchain Mines, >30% crit chance w/diamond flask. Didn't trigger once when clearing a tier 11 map. No luck getting the buff with Caustic Arrow either.

Verified Unholy Might is not present through lack of buff icon and dps calculation ingame. Sin's Rebirth displays the Unholy Might buff correctly, it also shows up on DPS calculator.

Toxic Rain casted manually (w/o the mine support) triggers the buff just fine.
