Shaper and Elder Items Question

Hello, I have an Item looks like a shaper or Elder Item. However I cant tell the difference between the two and there is not reference of its origin in the name of it. I know those two should look slightly different to make it easier to distinct from one another. What is this difference?
Is there a way to tell the item from its naming alone?

Not from the name, but from the name LINE, AND the background.


This is an ELDER item. It has 'tentacle' background, AND it has the purple + on both sides of the name




This is a SHAPER item. It has the 'space' background, and the red compass rose symbol besides the name.
