Catalysts on unique rings

They dont seem to work on uniques. Am i missing something?

they work just fine. you probably dont have enough quality to actually affect the roll.

abrasive catalyst enhances attack mods. This would be damage to attacks, accuracy, attack speed, and crit chance/multi that only apply to attacks.
Gifts from Above has: implicit - GLOBAL crit concecrate on global crit more global crit light radius rarity on global crit global damage while on conc ground %chance to block while on conc ground.
