Confused about new boots (Beacon of Madness) Mechanics?

Hello,
I know these unique boots are very new as the league just came out recently (The Beacon of Madness boots), but does anyone know what benefit does the Glorious Madness skill from the boots provide? Because for me when I use it I just see 4 debuffs on my character? Is this like a self-harm build or something or is there some way to deflect these 4 debuffs? I would greatly appreciate an explanation if anyone else has these boots or uses them, thanks. When you use the embrace madness skill, you get Glorious Madness debuff, which applies random debuff (out of 4 debuffs) every second. Using the skill again will remove the debuffs you have accumulated and start applying the debuffs every second again. There is an 8 second cooldown to reuse the skill.
While you have the Glorious Madness debuff, you get the benefits that are listed on the boots, in your case -All damage inflicts poison -Enemies you kill have a 40% chance to explode, dealing a quarter of their life as chaos damage There is no way to deflect the debuffs, since they're the same as delirium debuffs. |

It adds those debuffs and Glorious Madness at the same time. So you get the bonuses on he boots and growing debuffs. You can urn off Embrace Madness to remove the bonuses and debuffs, but it adds an 8 second cooldown on using Embrace Madness again.
